The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to issue a solicitation through the Naval Surface Technology & Innovation Consortium (NSTIC). Prior to issuance of the solicitation, NSWCDD will conduct an Industry Day event to present additional information regarding anticipated OTA topics. The Industry Day event is open to the members and non-members (must be a DoD Contractor). To respond to solicitations, membership of the NSTIC Consortium is required. Parties interested in becoming a member of the NSTIC, should visit to obtain required membership information. The purpose of this announcement is to provide industry in general, advanced notification of Government’s intent.

NSWCDD requires innovative technological solutions to develop and prototype innovative technologies that address current and future threats in the surface and maritime environment. This announcement provides notice of the current technology areas from which topics are to be solicited in FY20. The technology areas are as follows:
